1. Agreement
By booking our holiday light installation services, you (the “Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms constitute a binding agreement between the Client and Christmas Lights Installer Pros (the “Company”).

2. Services Provided
Christmas Lights Installer Pros agrees to provide holiday light installation services as described in the agreed-upon quote or proposal. Services may include design consultation, installation, maintenance, and removal of holiday lighting as specified in the service agreement.

3. Booking and Payment
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking.
Payment Terms: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the installation unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments can be made via cash, card, or check.
Late Payments: Late payments may incur a fee of 10% per day.

4. Client Responsibilities
Access: The Client must provide clear and safe access to the property, including power outlets, for the installation and maintenance of holiday lights.
Property Condition: The Client must ensure that the installation area is free of obstructions and hazards.
Permits: The Client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals required for the installation.

5. Installation and Maintenance
Christmas Lights Installer Pros will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely installation but cannot guarantee specific dates due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
Christmas Lights Installer Pros is not responsible for damage caused by weather, animals, or other external factors after the installation is complete.
Maintenance requests for issues not caused by Christmas Lights Installer Pros’ negligence may incur additional fees.

6. Removal of Lights
Christmas Lights Installer Pros will remove the holiday lights on or before February 31st unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Any delays caused by the Client in scheduling removal may result in additional fees.

7. Liability and Insurance
Christmas Lights Installer Pros carries general liability insurance to cover damages caused by its negligence during installation or removal.
Christmas Lights Installer Pros is not liable for pre-existing damage to the Client’s property or damage caused by improper use or maintenance of the lights by the Client.

8. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be made in writing at least 60 days before the scheduled installation date.
The deposit is non-refundable. Additional fees may apply for cancellations made less than 30 days before the scheduled date.

9. Warranty
Christmas Lights Installer Pros provides a warranty on workmanship. This warranty does not cover issues caused by weather, animals, or Client mishandling.
Manufacturer warranties may apply to the lights and materials used.

10. Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold Christmas Lights Installer Pros harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the Client’s breach of these terms or misuse of the installed lights.

11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of CT.

12. Amendments
Christmas Lights Installer Pros reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in advance.

13. Entire Agreement
This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Client and the Company and supersedes all prior agreements, written or verbal.

14. Acceptance
By booking Christmas Lights Installer Pros services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

By accepting our quotation on Quote IQ or granting permission for us to provide services at your residence, you hereby agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set forth herein.
