Seasonal lights: from $800. This is also our minimum job. You lease the lights, and design, installation and takedown are included.
Permanent Minleon lights: from $2,000. They stay up year-round, run from a phone app and carry a 10 year warranty.

What Affects Your Price

The size of your home. More roofline means more lights and more labor.
How much you want lit. A roofline costs less than a display that also covers trees, shrubs, fences and walkways.
Height and access. Tall peaks and hard-to-reach areas take more time and care.
Seasonal or permanent. Permanent lights cost more up front, but you are not paying for an install every year.

What Should a Quote Include?

When you compare companies, ask what is actually included. Are the lights included? Is takedown included? What happens if something goes out in December? Is the company licensed and insured?
